Ours are made from Primitivo grapes, like Petrarosa from Gioia del Colle and Acquaviva delle Fonti, and from Susumaniello grapes grown in the Valle d'Itria: pale, fresh and fruity wines, ideal as an aperitif and with starters and fish.     Petrarosa IGP Puglia Rosato is a pale pink wine, produced from selected Negroamaro grapes grown in the areas of Acquaviva delle Fonti and Gioia del Colle. This rosé wine is characterized by an aromatic bouquet of wild berries and a freshness and balance on the palate that make it a product with a unique and elegant flavor.
